Day 1



9.00 - 18.00 – Arrival and registration

18.00 – 19.30 - Lecture: introduction in Tuvan shamanism, it history and principles.

Conception of shamanic practice, energy centers and sound therapy according to

teaching of Nikolay Oorzhak.

19.30 – 19.45 Break

19.45 – 21.00 Introduction in throat singing. Demonstration and explanation of main styles –

khoomei, kargyraa and sygyt. Basic exercises of the kargyraa style.





Day 2



10.00 – 11.20 Conception of healthy body as an instrument for ideal sound. The range of

morning exercises for development of body’s flexibility and energy activation: self-massage, work with articulations, toning.

11.20 – 11.35 Break

11.35 – 13.00 Throat singing: repetition and strengthening of the kargyraa style. Basic

exercises of the sygyt style.

13.00 – 15.00 Lunch break

15.00 – 16.20 The idea of balance. Learning a body balance at sitting, standing and walking.

Practice of activation of energy through special movement.

16.20 – 16.35 Break

16.35 – 18.00 Throat singing: further exercises of kargyraa and sygyt styles.





Day 3









10.00 – 11.20 Lecture: Conception of explosions in mind, soul and spirit and their role in origin

of deceases. Spirits-assistants of shaman. Evil spirits.

11.20 – 11.35 Break

11.35 – 13.00 Throat singing: further exercises of kargyraa and sygyt styles.

13.00 – 15.00 Lunch break

15.00 – 16.20 Shamanic massage – contact and noncontact (using the energy). Practice in group.

Drum, igil and khomus as assistants of shaman.

16.20 – 16.35 Lunch

16.35 – 18.00 Throat singing: further exercises of kargyraa and sygyt styles.





Day 4







10.00 – 11.20 Lecture: shamanic conception of origin of human and role of children education

in human development.

11.20 – 11.35 Break

11.35 – 13.00 Throat singing: further exercises of kargyraa and sygyt styles. The base of the

khoomei style.

13.00 – 15.00 Lunch break

15.00 – 16.20 Shamanic amulets: practical making and usage (bring five pcs of the colored

cotton fabric about 40x40 cm. and five any fabric colored strips about 1-2x50 cm.

(colours: white, blues, green, red, yellow), white and black sewing, needle) .

16.20 – 16.35 Break

16.35 – 18.00 Throat singing: further exercises of all styles





Day 5



09.30 – 11.20 Outdoor shamanic ritual of communication with spirits of forest (bring five pcs of

any fabric colored strips about 1x50 cm. and some food as donation to spirits).

11.20 – 11.35 Break

11.35 – 13.00 Practical usage of throat singing therapy: the group healing session.

13.00 – 15.00 Lunch
